New Blog
Ok – so I’ve decided that I’ll only blog here from now on. It seems stable, easy to use and very much the old friendly feel of Efx and I’m fed up with constantly cutting and pasting. I’ll not delete Efx2 or Vox so they’ll be there if I need them but I’ll only be here for the near future so do subscribe to this one if you haven’t and you want to keep track (click the orange RSS icon top right).
I’ve just got back after a few days in Bristol going to my best friend’s birthday party. I played a set with Paddy there and there was a good Latin band afterwards with dancing in the garden – miraculously the weather stayed very warm and pleasant – it’s been raining nearly incessantly in recent weeks.
This week we’re going to be working on a friend’s African goods stall at Cropredy Festival – mainly folk music I think – then going to a wedding on Saturday.
Then next week we’re off to Bristol with the vans to prepare for ABC – African Beats Camp which we’re helping to organise. I’m really looking forward to it though it’ll be hard work as we’ll be crewing – it’ll be at least 10 days on the road so should be fun.
OK….so, looking forward to concentrating on this blog only.

Glad you’re finding it easy to use; one thing we were worried about is that people would see it’s changed and freak out, heheh.
I’m only here as well. It’s a bit different, but very easy to use and now that I’m finding my way around, I’m liking it more and more.

I blog here only too. The other site has been really dead plus it has left a bad taste in my mouth. Keith comes in and ’saves the day’ by re-newing the site and promises to fix it up a bit then poof he is no where to be seen again. Typical.
Well I’ll always be grateful for all Keith did in the past but he obviously hasn’t got time now and Pixie and co have done a great job here.

I think this new BuddyPress system has answered a lot of questions and gotten a lot of us off the fence. It’s certainly a lot more user-friendly.
Not quite ready to stop posting at the other sites yet, but they hardly get any visits. At some point I’m sure I’ll decide why bother.
Has anyone seen Birdy around? His blog is empty.And where are Styles and Sarai? And how come Deej has been so quiet all of a sudden?

I keep thinking ‘deja vu’- haven’t been blogging a whole bunch, frankly never cared for either efx2 or vox – somehow didn’t “jell’ for me … wil have to muse on this.
Jana – Styles and Nysa have both been posting. Deej, also, has been posting. Their posts have been appearing on the front page activity list, or you can go to their blogs directly and see for yourself. Birdy’s busy with college, he has finals soon, I’m sure he’ll post when he wants to / has the time.
Hey Chandra…I just got your Vox update about blogging at EFX3 only. Good choice indeed. I’ve quite everywhere else and have stayed here, and Delyth and Jaco have been, and are doing an excellent job!
