Aha card playing a lot-- Bezique no doubt. What about backgammon, then? I still play with friend Steve & taught it to another friend last week so the need is being satisfied, haha!
Sorry your music is drying up. Same with my poetry. All ideas done & not in the mood these days, plus doing other things.
MY music may actually go forward as I'm getting btogether with two old Exhibit 'A'pals to do 'covers'. I'm well rusty on the old drum kit now though so re-learning drums will replace poems now.

I could write about losing the ol' blogging mojo. You just get out of the habit, you find other things to do, and all of a sudden it's been weeks since you have written any post of any kind ... and months since you've written anything really creative. I'm sure it works the same way with your music.

So where does it go? More importantly, where do you find it and get it back? It's not something you can force. You just have to let it flow. Maybe just accept this as a fallow period that gets you ready for really creative things in the future. One day, you suddenly realize an intense craving for pen and paper (or keyboard), and you're writing again.

Looks like you're seeing some wonderful sights. Enjoy life.

Inspiration always come when you least expect it. Just let your senses take in the beautiful world and it will come back to you :)
