You just get out of the habit, you find other things to do, and all of a sudden it's been weeks since you have written any post of any kind ... and months since you've written anything really creative. I'm sure it works the same way with your music. So where does it go? More importantly, where do you find it and get it back? It's not something you can force. You just have to let it flow. Maybe just accept this as a fallow period that gets you ready for really creative things in the future. One day, you suddenly realize an intense craving for pen and paper (or keyboard), and you're writing again. Looks like you're seeing some wonderful sights. Enjoy life.
